Administration with isorhamnetin resulted in a remarkable increase in the activity of the MRC complexes I, III, IV and V in DIO mice, and I, II, III and IV in ob/ob mice, indicating that isorhamnetin may ameliorate hepatic steatosis via the activation of mitochondrial MRC activities in obese mice (Fig. 5i,j). This evidence concerns the gene CD200 and fatty liver disease.
