To examine whether the expression of other chemokines was altered in the thymus of K5-CXCL13 Tg mice, we investigated chemokines that are known to be expressed in the thymus and that are dysregulated in the hyperplastic thymus of MG patients: CXCL12 [21], CXCL10 [22], CCL21 and CCL19 [18] [23]. Here, CXCL12 is linked to myasthenia gravis.
