As shown in Fig. 3, the absence or reduced expression of CD68-positive macrophages (Fig. 3 a1, a2, a3) and increased expression of CD163-positive macrophages (Fig. 3 b1, b2, b3) was observed in tumor tissue, where have no expression of E-cadherin (Fig. 3 c1, c2, c3), but strong cytoplasmic staining of vimentin (Fig. 3 d1, d2, d3). This evidence concerns the gene VIM and neoplasm.
