Overall survival (median 30.0 months (95% CI 23–NA) vs 7.0 months (95% CI 5.0–37.0)) and PFS (median 12.0 months (95% CI 8.0–20.0) vs 7.0 months (95% CI 4.0–18.0)) were also longer among patients with KRAS exon 2 wild-type tumours compared with those with KRAS exon 2 mutant tumours (Figure 2).
