We then noted that the expression of endogenous SEMA3A correlated with some phenotypes in the HNSCC cell lines, where CAL27, HN6, SCC25 cells had higher and HN4, HN13, SCC9 cells had lower proliferative, migratory and invasive capacities (Supplementary Figure 1). The gene discussed is SEMA3A; the disease is head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
