Afterwards, overexpressed lncRNA-NUTF2P3-001 correlated with large tumor size, poor tumor differentiation, TNM stage, lymphatic invasion, distant metastasis (Table 1) and shorter survival time of patients with pancreatic cancer (Figure 1C), which indicated that upregulated lncRNA-NUTF2P3-001 might contribute to the development of pancreatic cancer.
