Among 21 patients with comorbidities, 5 were using metformin, 2 were using metformin and gliclazide, 6 were using angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors or angiotensin II receptor blockers and 1 was using an angiotensin II receptor blocker and a beta blocker combination therapy before development of SS. The gene discussed is ACE; the disease is synovial sarcoma.
