MCF cells stably expressing GFP-SNX27 or shRNA-SNX27 were processed for wound healing assay, we found that over-expression of GFP-SNX27 inhibits the migration as shown in Figures 6(A) and 6(B), whereas SNX27 knockdown promotes the migration of breast cancer cells (Figures 6C and 6D), consistent with the results of down-regulation of Wnt signalling by over-expressing SNX27 and up-regulation by SNX27 knockdown.
