Furthermore, being consistent with TSHZ2-mediated suppression of CXCR4 expression (Figure 4A), we found that CXCL12-induced breast cancer cell migration was inhibited by the expression of TSHZ2 but neither LacZ nor TSHZ2del4 (Supplementary Figure S4).
