The results showed that SW620/ RPS7 cDNA and HCT116/RPS7 cDNA cells had lower level of proliferation than their corresponding control cells (Figure 1E), and HT29/ RPS7 shRNA and LOVO/ RPS7 shRNA cells had higher level of proliferation than corresponding control cells expressing shGFP (Figure 1E), which demonstrated that RPS7 could inhibit the proliferation of CRC cells as a tumor suppressor. This evidence concerns the gene RPS7 and colorectal carcinoma.
