In our previous study, we found a DNA methyltransferase inhibitor, 5-aza-2′-deoxycytidine (5-Aza-CdR), could reactivate Maspin expression and inhibit the proliferation, migration, and invasion of T24 cells, which may serve as a potential strategy for the treatment of bladder cancer [40].
