In the present study, miR-26a was found to be inversely correlated with EZH2 expression in the HCC cells and HCC tissues, and overexpression of miR-26a decreased the luciferase reporter activity of the wild-type 3′-UTR of EZH2 but not the mutant 3′-UTR. This evidence concerns the gene EZH2 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
