MLPH and neoplasm: Nine markers were found to change on both the mRNA and protein level (but not the gene level), including the positive ERPR marker MAPK3 and the positive TN markers MCM5, STMN1 and ENO1. Five negative markers showed lower levels in TN tumours on both protein and mRNA levels, including AGR2, MLPH, HID1, CMBL and, FOXA1. Beyond those markers, seven of the 19 signature proteins were exclusively regulated on the protein level.
