On the contrary, in multivariate analysis for covariates excluding AMS (Table 3), mutations in PTPN11 or NF1 (HR, 2.1; 95% CI, 1.2–5.1; p = 0.01), chromosomal aberrations (HR, 3.7; 95% CI, 1.9–7.1; p <0.001), and platelet counts of less than 33 x 109/L (HR, 2.0; 95% CI, 1.1–3.5; p = 0.02) were independent predictors of poor TFS.
