In 3 identified endometrial cancer-related cis-eSNVs, we mentioned that alterations in TP53 (tumor protein p53) are well-studied in endometrial cancer, and our results revealed that 14 eSNVs were significantly correlated with transcript levels of 267 genes, demonstrating a wide regulatory role of TP53 somatic alterations in endometrial cancer. This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and endometrial cancer.
