To better understand the effects of TNFα inhibitors on RasGRP3, gene expression levels in PBMCs from RA patients were compared before and after 3 months (V2) of treatment with an antibody targeting TNFα (adalimumab) or a soluble receptor of TNFα (etanercept), or after 6 months of treatment with abatacept (CTLA4-Ig fusion protein), another family of biologic agent used in RA as a control. Here, CTLA4 is linked to rheumatoid arthritis.
