HPRT1 and gout: In order to explore its anti-inflammatory molecular mechanisms against acute gouty arthritis, the present study was designed to investigate the inhibitory effect of morin on the production and expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines, inflammatory enzymes, HPRT, transcription factors and intracellular ROS levels in monosodium urate crystal-induced inflammation in RAW 264.7 macrophage cells, an experimental in vitro model for acute gouty arthritis.
