A multivariate, unconditional logistic regression model revealed more frequent RASSF10 methylation in patients with PAH-DNA-positive (P = 0.020, OR = 5.072, 95% CI: 1.297-19.839) or AFB1-DNA-positive (P = 0.043, OR = 4.125, 95% CI: 1.044-16.299) HCC tissue, but there was no association between RASSF10 hypermethylation and other potential risk factors.
