Among the ten different pathways, transcriptional activity of ERK1/2 pathway was enhanced predominantly when CCL2/CCR2 axis was overexpressed integrally, which suggested that CCL2/CCR2 axis was involved in transcriptional regulation or phosphorylation of ERK1/2 pathway in NPC cells (Figure 5C).
