NK cells treated with IL-2 + anti-CD16mAb + sAJ2 induced more differentiation when compared to OSCSCs (Figure 2B) treated with the supernatants obtained from IL-2 + anti-CD16mAb since significant increase in surface expression of CD54, MHC-1, and B7H1 and a moderate decrease in CD44 stem cell marker expression were observed on differentiated tumor cells. This evidence concerns the gene CD44 and neoplasm.
