IL2 and neoplasm: Finally, the in vivo relevance to our in vitro results was obtained when NK cells expanded by the combination of IL-2 + anti-CD16mAb + sAJ2 injected intravenously to humanized mice were found to increase differentiation of the stem-like/poorly differentiated implanted tumors in the oral cavity and pancreas and resulted in decreased tumor growth, inhibition of tumor metastasis and decrease in inflammation (manuscript submitted).
