The 19 hypermethylated CpGs in fusion-positive versus fusion-negative PCa included 15 CpGs in six genes: PDE4D, SEPT9, NT5C, C3orf14, KLK10, and TRIB2; and four intergenic CpGs including three CpGs near each other on chromosome 17. The gene discussed is NT5C; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
