The mixture of recombinant human IFNγ (2 ng/ml, ~118 pM as a monomer) and the anti-IFNγ DNA aptamer (50–200 ng/ml, Fig. 3) was added to the human breast tumor cell line in 10% fetal calf serum, and incubated at 37 °C for 10 min. This evidence concerns the gene IFNG and breast neoplasm.
