HOXA9 and reproductive system disorder: Using an algorithm that aggregates genes in our dataset based on existing pathway relationships in the IPA knowledge base, in one network, IPA identified the following functions: “cancer,” “organismal injury and abnormalities,” and “reproductive system disease.” Of the top 15 up- and down-regulated transcripts, SFRP1 (up-regulated), KIAA0101 (up-regulated), and HOXA9 (down-regulated) were involved with the network (Table 6).
