In the meantime, we observed a statistically significant association between FEN1genotype and gallbladder cancer risk in gallbladder cancer patients with smaller gallstone (those with stone diameters 2 cm smaller) (FEN1-69G > A GA:OR = 2.0, 95% = 0.7–3.9; FEN1-69G > A GG:OR = 3.5, 95% = 1.7–17.2; χ2 = 13.4, p < 0.001; FEN14150G > T GT:OR = 2.2, 95% = 0.8–4.3; FEN14150G > T GG:OR = 5.5, 95% = 1.3–16.7,χ2  = 13.7, P < 0.001). Here, FEN1 is linked to gallbladder cancer.
