To test the efficacy of FAK inhibition in KRAS mutant NSCLC with distinct mutation cohorts (A: TP53, CDKN2A wild type, B: TP53 wild type, CDKN2A altered, C: TP53 mutant, CDKN2A wild type, and D: TP53 mutant, CDKN2A altered), a phase II multi-center study is currently underway in patients with KRAS mutant NSCLC who have already received one platinum doublet regimen. This evidence concerns the gene KRAS and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
