CRP and bacterial urinary tract infection: Multiple logistic regression analyses showed that CRP (odds ratio [OR]: 1.026, 95% CI : 1.013–1.040, P < 0.001), and MPV levels (OR: 2.393, 95% CI: 1.019–5.620, P = 0.045] were independent predictive factors for positive DMSA defects in UTI patients (Table 2).
