ERBB2 and neoplasm: To this end, as a first step in designing a model, we equipped the same cytotoxic lymphocyte line (the human NK cell line NK-92) with either a FcγRIIIa/FcεRIγ receptor (referred to as NK-92CD16) or an anti-HER2/FcεRIγ CAR receptor (referred to as NK-92CAR) and compared their efficiency in killing HER2 positive tumor target cells in vitro and in vivo.
