CHKA and posterior cortical atrophy: CHKA activity can be considered to have conferred an invasive phenotype on PCa cells because both CHKA and AR depletion delayed “wound healing” in a scratch wound assay to a comparable extent (1.6-fold decrease as compared with siNT) (Figure 5E) and similarly decreased invasion in both a Matrigel invasion assay (P < .001) (Figure 5F) and a Boyden Chamber assay (Supplementary Figure 5D, available online).
