CD3E and neoplasm: Using naïve non-tumor-bearing mice, we sought to determine whether entolimod treatment stimulates a similar pattern of hepatic NK cell maturation and differentiation by following the acquisition of specific markers of NK cell maturation [CD49b (DX5)] and differentiation (CD11b and CD43) by cells in the hepatic NK lineage (NK1.1+CD3ε−) using FACS as described previously [29–31].
