Of the 22genes, 11 (ACSL3, CACNG2, CCDC6, FZD8, ITGA10, ITPKB, JUND, LRP5, PIAS1, RUNX1andRYR2) had markedly differential expression levels in at least 2 of 3 pair-wise comparisons of AC vs. normal, SQ vs. normal or SCLC vs. normal. This evidence concerns the gene ACSL3 and small cell lung carcinoma.
