Therefore, we have conducted the MEK siRNA analysis in four melanoma cell lines, MeWo cells, which are wild-type for both BRAF and NRAS, MM-LH cells, which are wild-type for both BRAF and NRAS, SK-MEL28 cells, which had the BRAFV600E mutation and are wild-type for NRAS, and VM115 cells, which had the BRAFV600E mutation and are wild-type for NRAS, to determine whether MEK1 siRNA affect FOXM1 expression.
