Tumor clustering partitions based on gene expressions, miRNA expressions, and protein expressions are all statistically significantly (adjusted p-values ≤ 0.05) associated with the statuses of Estrogen Receptor (ER) and Progesterone Receptor (PR), which means that ER+ patients and PR+ patients show different expression patterns from ER − patients and PR − patients, respectively, at multiple molecular levels (Table S2 and Fig. S1).
