In addition, dietary factors such as Vitamin D, intake of fruit juice, fruit/vegetables, cereal, bread, grains, and fish products reduce the risk of MS whereas intake of high energy and animal food such as fat, pork, hot dogs, and sweets increase risk of the disease (Figure 4).
