BDNF and myeloid sarcoma: Apart from these, many epigenetics modifications like acetylation and citrullination were found in cytokines (IFNG, TNF) [71], chemokines (CCR5, CCL5, CXCR3, CXCL10, CXCL8, and CXCR6) [72], neurotrophic factors (BDNF, NTF3) [73], surface antigens (CD8A, CD8B) [74], and other genes like GFAP, MBP, SNORD24, and NOTCH4. In addition, dietary factors such as Vitamin D, intake of fruit juice, fruit/vegetables, cereal, bread, grains, and fish products reduce the risk of MS whereas intake of high energy and animal food such as fat, pork, hot dogs, and sweets increase risk of the disease (Figure 4).
