In the literature, the Coiled-coil domain containing 3 (CCDC3) represses tumor necrosis factor-α/nuclear factor κB-induced endothelial inflammation and the CELF2 is associated with T-cell signaling and it is also a suppressor gene of colon cancer (Ramalingam et al., 2012; Azad et al., 2014; Mallory et al., 2015). The gene discussed is CELF2; the disease is colonic neoplasm.
