Again, our studies did not yield expected results as they revealed that adoptive transfer of activated CD4+ and CD8+ cells 24 hours before MCAO also did not worsen stroke in male mice (Figure 4A) although neurological deficit scores (Figure 4B) and cerebral blood flow measures before, during and after the MCAO (Figure 4B) show that the MCAO was successfully performed. This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and stroke disorder.
