To investigate the role of IP3/Ca2+/CaMK IIβ and DAG/PKCδ axes in cell migration of human gastric adenocarcinoma cells, cells were treated with U73122, KN93, and R59949, respectively, or were transfected with sh-PKCδ or sh-CaMK IIβ vectors, followed the detection of cell migration rate using a Transwell assay and MMP9 expression level with Western blotting analysis. Here, MMP9 is linked to gastric adenocarcinoma.
