CAMK2B and gastric adenocarcinoma: To investigate the regulatory mechanism of the two classical signal axes of PLCγ1, IP3/Ca2+/CaMK IIβ and DAG/PKCδ, in cell proliferation and migration of human gastric adenocarcinoma cells, the expression levels of some important signal molecules, including Akt, extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK), mTOR, NF-κB, and S6, were detected in BGC-823 cells transfected with sh-PKCδ or sh-CaMK IIβ vectors using Western blotting analysis.
