The MRM-based mass spectral analysis demonstrated that 4 biomarkers (pro-orexin, LAMP1, transthyretin and ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase 2 (ENPP2/autotaxin)) were statistically significantly elevated in the CSF of AD versus the control cohort (Table 1, Fig. 3) and not in the LBD samples. Here, LAMP1 is linked to Alzheimer disease.
