Then in a cohort of 499 patients from the TCGA RCC dataset [46], we found that high levels of YAP1 and TAZ transcripts itself, as well as its regulated genes CDK1, AURKA, AURKB, CCNB1 and CCNB1 are associated with poor prognosis (Figure 4E and Supplemental Figure 3).
