We previously demonstrated that protein expression of p122RhoGAP/DLC-1 in cultured skin fibroblasts obtained from the CSA patients was upregulated by 3 times compared with control, and overexpression of p122RhoGAP/DLC-1 increased intracellular calcium concentration ([Ca2+]i) in response to acetylcholine [25]. The gene discussed is DLC1; the disease is chromosome-type aberration frequency.
