In conclusion, the present work revealed that resveratrol possesses protective effects on H. pylori associated gastritis through exerting a significant against oxidative stress and anti-inflammatory effect by the way of suppressing the expression levels of IL-8 and iNOS, blocking the activation of NF-κB, and improving the expression levels of the Nrf2 and HO-1 in H.pylori-infected gastric mucosa. This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and gastritis.
