Dietary habit was an important factor contributing to gastric cancer, especially regular consumption of fried, grilled, high-salt, high-fat, spicy food and drinking boiled brick tea [20]; Wuwei, a city in Northwest China, has high incidence of gastric cancer, which is because of the carcinogens due to lack of Vc, infection of Hp, atrophic gastritis, and heritage [21].
