IGF1 and obesity due to melanocortin 4 receptor deficiency: In the Early Protein and Obesity in Childhood (EPOCH) study, our primary objective was tocompare the IGF-1 concentrations at 4 months of age in infants exclusively fed low-protein(1·8 g protein/418·4 kJ (100 kcal)) or standard-protein (2·7 g protein/418·4 kJ (100 kcal))formulae or breast milk (reference group) from birth up to 4 months of age.
