Especially, previous study of Puerta-Gil et al. identified miR-143, miR-222, and miR-452 as tumor stratification and noninvasive diagnostic biomarkers for BC [9]; Majid et al. [10] reported that miR-23b could function as a tumor suppressor that may confer a proliferative advantage and promote bladder cancer cell migration and invasion; Wu et al. [11] also found that miR-99a could inhibit cell proliferation, migration and invasion by targeting fibroblast growth factor receptor 3 in BC. This evidence concerns the gene FGFR3 and neoplasm.
