Mainly due to the oncogenic role of SIAH2 in some types of cancer, the objectives of our current study were to document for the first time the pattern of SIAH2 expression at different levels (mRNA, protein level and immunohistochemistry) in human non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) samples compared with surrounding healthy tissue from the same patient, and to analyse its association with clinicopathological features. Here, SIAH2 is linked to cancer.
