To investigate the influence of serum Hsp70 on the ratio of CD3−/CD94+ NK cells, patients with squamous cell (n = 25) and adenocarcinoma (n = 18) were divided into groups with high (≥8.5% in squamous cell and ≥6.5% in adenocarcinoma) and low (<8.5% in squamous cell and <6.5% in adenocarcinoma) median percentages of CD3−/CD94+ NK cells. Here, HSPA1A is linked to adenocarcinoma.
