As shown in Figure 3A and 3B, we found that miR-181c overexpression in pancreatic cancer cells significantly increased, but silencing of miR-181c reduced TEAD-dependent luciferase activity, and expression levels of the Hippo downstream genes CTGF, BIRC5 and BCL2L1 in pancreatic cancer cells. This evidence concerns the gene CCN2 and pancreatic neoplasm.
