Our current study has shown that in GC, PUD and NUD-associated with H. pylori-induced gastritis, the levels of ghrelin and leptin responses appears to be dependent on one another to show significant differences in the prevalence of TLR on 4P14, the lead SNP was rs10004195, closely followed by rs4833095 across gastroduodenal and GC, a finding likely to explain the significant association between rs10004195 and rs4833095 in H. pylori infection. This evidence concerns the gene LEP and gastritis.
