BRCA1/BARD1 was not detected by LC-MS/MS, however IPA revealed prominent connections with 26 proteins that significantly changed following 2-FaraA, 15 of which also interact with MYC (Figure 4), suggested that BRCA1 is an important mediator of 2-FaraA resistance in p53-negative CLL. This evidence concerns the gene BARD1 and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
