Also shown in Table 3, TERT promoter mutations (HR = 1.39; 95% CI, 1.13–2.17; P = 0.020) and long RTL (HR = 1.72; 95% CI, 1.18–2.50; P = 0.005) are predictors of poor OS for glioma patients as independently variable with respect to gender, age, pathological diagnosis, IDH1 mutations, MGMT methylation, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Here, IDH1 is linked to central nervous system cancer.
