In this study, we examined whether low dose FUS with microbubble stable cavitation (ldbFUS) can facilitate accumulation of human NK cells in a mouse xenograft of human colorectal adenocarcinoma (carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA)-expressing LS-174T) model in the presence of immunocytokine (ICK), hT84.66/M5A-IL-2 (M5A-IL-2). This evidence concerns the gene IL2 and colorectal adenocarcinoma.
